When you think of a Thanksgiving dessert, what comes to mind? For me, anything with pumpkin just screams Thanksgiving. Since I am just obsessed with cheesecakes, it’s only natural that my favorite pumpkin dessert just happens to be pumpkin cheesecake. Pumpkin Cheesecake bars are so easy to make and I love that you can make them in advance and it’ll be one less thing for you to worry about on Thanksgiving day.
I had to share this recipe as part of my Thanksgiving video series, since this is one of the easiest desserts to make that looks stunning and tastes phenomenal too.
